Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for first-time subscribers. Contact support@codeaudit.dev to request a refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the period ends.
CodeAudit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
The CLI tool functions locally and does not require continuous connectivity.
CodeAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
CodeAudit retains all rights to the CLI tool, website, and related materials. You retain all rights to your code that is analyzed by the service.
CodeAudit may integrate with third-party services such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Anthropic API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with 30 days notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
