By accessing or using CodeAudit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CodeAudit is a CLI tool for automated code review of pull requests. The service analyzes code for bugs, security issues, and quality problems.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of CodeAudit, you agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not use CodeAudit to review code you do not have permission to access
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent service limitations
• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Free Plan

The free plan includes:

• Up to 50 PR reviews per month
• Basic bug and security detection
• Community support

5. Paid Plans

Pro ($19/month) and Team ($49/month) plans include:

• Unlimited PR reviews
• Full feature access including AI-powered analysis
• Priority support

Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for first-time subscribers. Contact support@codeaudit.dev to request a refund.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the period ends.

8. Service Availability

CodeAudit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That all bugs will be detected
• That security vulnerabilities will always be identified

The CLI tool functions locally and does not require continuous connectivity.

9. Limitation of Liability

CodeAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

CodeAudit retains all rights to the CLI tool, website, and related materials. You retain all rights to your code that is analyzed by the service.

11. Third-Party Services

CodeAudit may integrate with third-party services such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Anthropic API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with 30 days notice.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
